Can I exchange my product?

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the item you need.

What items cannot be returned?

Items cannot be returned if they are:
· Final Sale products

· Worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging
· Returned after 30 days of delivery

I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. What should I do?

- Please contact our Customer Care Team at: support@crzyoga.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you as soon as possible.

How can I check my refund status?

- Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please check with your payment provider for the refund status.

I received the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size.

Non-Quality Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, the item doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, you may request a return within30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
Bulk Sale orders, Final Sale products, and incomplete bundles or packs are not eligible for return.

Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Claims made after 30 days, or for damage caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or incorrect washing, are not covered.
